The Rouzaire family specializes in crafting a variety of surface-ripened white mould cheeses at their dairy located southeast of Paris. Established in 1938, the family has passed down the art of cheese-making through three generations.
Their dedicated aging caves are situated in Tournan-en-Brie, in the heart of the Seine-et-Marne region, a prime area for dairy farming, just a short distance from Paris.
