Fromagerie Papillon

Roquefort-sur-Soulzon in the heart of the Aveyron region is home to Roquefort PDO. With the distinct butterfly branding, Papillon has been making cheese since 1906 and continues to mature roquefort in the naturally ventilated caves built into the mountain.
