After 2 months maturation, the cheeses are cold smoked for 16 hrs over locally sourced hazelnut shells. The process infuses the creamy smooth texture with unique aromas of barrel-aged vanilla and a mild smoky flavour sweetened by subtle tones of roasted nuts.
