Shaw River Buffalo Mozzarella is 100% pure buffalo milk, giving the cheese its iconic porcelain white colour and delicate milky flavour. Slightly firmer in texture than it’s Italian counterparts, this hand stretched cheese has a smooth skin encasing a open textured cheese, rich in fat and protein.
The pioneering Shaw River brand has made a celebrated return to the market, bringing back original cheesemaker Andrew Royal, who is once again crafting cheese and yoghurt by hand in small batches.
