Created by Mary Mooney over 25 years ago, Persian Fetta is Yarra Valley Dairy’s flagship cheese, a deliciously rustic, marinated fresh cheese.
This flagship cheese is still made in small batches, and the infused, silky textured cheese is a versatile pantry favourite.
Yarra Valley Dairy was established in 1994 by the Mooney family at their ‘Hubertswood’ property in Yering, Victoria. The family business continues to develop a range of European inspired cheese made with locally sourced milk.
Persian Fetta is a soft curd cow’s milk cheese marinated in garlic, fresh thyme, bay leaves, peppercorns and olive oil.
