Produced in the Western District of Victoria with locally sourced milk. The name is taken from Lily – the first goat to set foot on the goat milk farm, nestled between the iconic Mount Noorat & Mount Elephant. Today her kids, and their kids provide nutritious healthy milk for this delicious cheese.
When grilled or pan fried, the cheese develops a golden crust and the goats milk provides a delicate piccante flavour.
