Established in 1991, Meredith Dairy specialises in fresh curd cheese and yogurt from goat’s and sheep’s milk. The consistent quality and clean flavours of the cheese are a direct result of the freshness of the milk and the animals environment. Adapted from a Persian recipe, cubes of fresh curd are steeped in extra virgin olive oil infused with Australian garlic, fresh thyme and black peppercorns.
