Traditional handmade halloumi made on the farm in Cyprus by the Polycarpou family who have been making cheese for over 200 years with the milk from their Chios sheep. Based in Avdimou, a region renowned for cheese-making, their dairy farm benefits from the area’s unique climate, vegetation, and livestock, all of which give their POD halloumi cheese its special flavour.
