Devonshire Red Clothbound Cheese

This vibrant orange coloured cheese is inspired by the classic Red Leicester. Handcrafted using heritage starters by Quicke’s expert cheesemakers, it’s clothbound and matured on the farm for around 6 months.

The distinct orange colour is from the addition of annatto, a South American spice, which adds fudgy, succulent qualities to the texture. With fresh, nutty flavours and a lemony creaminess, this full-flavoured cheese is bright alternative to traditional cheddar.
