Crafted from the finest locally sourced goat’s milk, this is a vibrant, almondy, buttery and a delightfully different cheese.
Handcrafted by Quicke’s expert cheesemakers and goat’s milk from nearby farms, Mary Quicke is the fifth generation to be making cheese on the family farm in Devon. Using heritage starters and traditional cheddar cheesemaking techniques, the wheels are clothbound and naturally matured, typically for 6 months.
It has a slightly crumbly texture with a vibrant, buttery flavour.
