Product Description

Thyme coated goats milk cheese, combining the flavours of northern & southern Italy. Latteria Perenzin are located in the Veneto region of Italy and use a traditional method of cheese refining by maturing cheese with other flavours. This semi hard goats cheese is made using milk from small producers in the Alps, and then coated with fragrant thyme from Sicily and matured on timber shelves. Mature cheeses have a smooth firm texture and strong aromatic thyme flavours. The herbed rind is edible and can be enjoyed with olive oil.
