Produced in the picturesque Basque region of Southern France, Chebris is a naturally-rinded pressed cheese, made to a traditional recipe.
The combination of ewe’s and goat’s milk gives this cheese a sweet and creamy flavour with a slightly oily texture. Savoury hints of hazelnut complete the Chebris, as a consistent and interesting table cheese.
