Made on Manor Farm, Cadbury, for over 3 generations. Cheeses are made with milk sourced from the farm’s Friesian-Holstein cows every day to ensure freshness.
Drier that most traditional cheddars, flavours are meaty and rich, with savoury/sweet notes.
