Made with fresh fruit and Meander Valley Double Cream 200mL this is sure to delight.

Ingredients

1 Meander Valley Dairy Double Cream 200mL
2 Norohy Organic Vanilla Beans split and seeds removed
1 Pavlova base
2 Passion fruit [Pulp]
1 Banana [Cavendish] sliced
2 Table spoons mint leaves chopped
1 Punnet of blueberries
1 Kiwi fruit cut into segments

Method
Split Norohy Vanilla Pod and stir through Meander Valley Double Cream 200mL
Thickly spread Meander Valley Double Cream over the top of the meringue base
Place slices of bananas on top of cream
Scatter blueberries on top
Spoon passionfruit pulp over fruit and cream
Scatter chopped mint on top and serve
