Made on the farm with pasture based milk, this authentic gouda is naturally smoked and matured on pine shelves for 9 months. Whilst the smoke brings the cheese a deep golden brown colour and intense smokey aroma, on the palate, the cheese retains it’s bright herbaceous flavours and fudgy texture beneath the subtle smokey overlay.
