Andy & Matteo Kehler set up Jasper Hill Farm in 2003 in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont with the mission to make the highest possible quality products in a way that supports Vermont’s working landscape. Using milk sourced directly from their own herd at Andersonville Farm in Glover, Vermont, the focus of Jasper Hill Farm is to make delicious cheese whilst building ecological and economic resilience in the community. The cheesemakers strive to preserve the quality and flavor of our milk in every curd, carrying the Taste of Place as each wheel eventually makes its way toward peak ripeness.
