At Maffra Cheese Company, Ferial Zekiman and her team produce a delicious range of cheeses using milk from her herd of Holstein-Friesian cows. These cows graze on the lush green pastures that surround the farm and dairy.
This Farmhouse producer is located near Maffra in picturesque Gippsland, a well-known dairy region of Victoria. The special care that they take at every stage of their cheese making, from the pasture the cattle eat, to the processing of the milk they produce, has resulted in an award winning range of Farmhouse cheeses.
They do not use animal rennet making their cheeses suitable for vegetarians and all cheeses in the range have Halal certification.
