At Maffra Cheese Company, Ferial Zekiman and her team produce an award-winning range of farmhouse cheeses using milk from her herd of Holstein-Friesians. These cows graze on the lush pastures that surround the dairy in picturesque Gippsland, an established dairy region of southeast Victoria. Traditional cheddaring techniques are used to create a smooth textured cheese with a full flavour.
