Pyengana Dairy continues the 130 year old tradition of crafting hand made cloth bound cheddar on farm in the Pyengana Valley of North Eastern Tasmania.

Founded by Jon and Lyndall Healey in 1992, Pyengana Dairy was sold to TasFoods in 2017. Despite their decision to sell, Jon continues to work with the new owners to provide cheese with real heritage & flavour.
