French goats cheese from the Loire region by theĀ Jacquin family who have been making goats cheese for three generations. Famers protect the quality and consistency of the milk by keeping their goats overnight in cosy barns to prevent them from foraging on any foods that may affect the milk.
This mild and tangy fresh chevre is flavoured with local garlic and fresh French herbs. Flavours are herbaceous but not overpowering allowing the full flavour of the delicate fresh chevre to shine through.
