Selected by Neal's Yard Dairy

Established in a run down Covent Garden courtyard, Neal’s Yard Dairy is a champion of British cheese, run by a dedicated team who select, mature and sell farmhouse cheeses from their maturation facilities at the Bermondsay warehouse in London. Working with around 40 cheesemakers in the UK and Ireland, they are passionate about traditional raw milk cheese. With their support, Calendar has secured the opportunity to import selected raw milk cheeses to Australia under specific government requirements.
